Job Description

As an ETL Developer at Daxko, you are responsible for building and maintaining all tools for extracting, transforming, and loading customer data.  As part of your role, you will: 

  • Work with leadership to identify future automation processes.
  • Work with internal teams on designing, building and QA testing internal tools.
  • Scope automation tasks and build tool creation timelines.

You'll also be responsible for...

  • Maintenance and development of internal tools built for process automation (PHP, C#), including root cause analysis.
  • Designing and maintaining custom coding solutions built by the internal team for ETL processes with little to no supervision.
  • Working closely with data conversion team/management to communicate timelines and build customized solutions.
  • Performing process audits and helping to determine automated solutions to key areas of need.

Qualifications

  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server and table structure.  Demonstrated ability to determine table structure and build customized statements/procedures.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience involving:  
    • ETL development using SQL and coding languages (PHP, C#, Java)
    • PL/SQL, T-SQL, and building routines for repeatability
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional ETL/coding experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and adhere to heavily regimented timelines.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to both work well on a team and work independently.  High competency in attention to detail and prioritization.  
  • Display consistent professional demeanor and make positive contributions to the team.
  • Possess strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
