Job Description

Mission: The Brand Manager will leverage the enterprise market strategies to create and execute a comprehensive strategy and tactical plan that amplifies the Club Automation and CSI Spectrum brands to achieve sales goals and own our enterprise market. 

Objective 1: Be creative and achievement oriented. Create a marketing strategy to achieve our marketing and sales goals inclusive of all campaigns including events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, customer communication, product announcements and cross-team coordination

Objective 2: Know the metrics that drive success. Effectively manage the execution, tracking and optimization of the marketing strategies coordinating with marketing specialists within the team, as well as counterparts on the Sales, Services and Product teams.

Objective 3: Be thrifty and adaptable. Create and manage marketing budgets on a weekly, monthly and annual basis to achieve maximum results and Coordinating approval and management of budget reallocations and changes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • The ability to jump in and help execute on various campaigns when marketing Specialists need the support. Including writing copy, creating assets in HubSpot, or leveraging other tools to launch digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Review and QA all marketing deliverables before finalized (ex: emails, ads, content guides, etc). This requires implacable attention to detail, organization, communication and cognitive reading skills.
  • Writing compelling proposals to gain approval for brand strategies and campaign initiatives
  • Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with cross-team counterparts on the Sales, Product and Services teams.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-product strategies that effectively market and sell additional products and services including Full-Service Billing, SugarWOD, GroupEx Pro, etc. to meet company goals
  • Work with other brand managers and market directors to understand Daxko’s overall marketing strategy for growth objectives
  • Exceptional project management, written and verbal communication, proof reading and planning skills.
  • A deep understanding of the Club Automation and CSI Spectrum products, the markets they serve and their brand standing within them
  • The ability to create strategies and plans that “WOW!” the enterprise market and hold the CSI Spectrum and Club Automation brands to the highest standards
  • Passion for the Enterprise fitness, health and wellness market and the presence Daxko and its family of brands have within the industry 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing with strong preference on strategy planning and brand management
  • Proficiency in marketing systems and reporting, including marketing automation, testing and CRM
  • Exceptional time management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to smoothly collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills:  WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Optimizely, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
