Daxko Sales is looking for an Account Executive to call on prospects and align the right suite of products and services that creates the best solution for their needs.

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Strategic Prospecting: Acquire and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Taking Care Of Business: Recognize their strategic goals and identify challenges in order to understand their business needs.
  • Diagnosing the pain. Offer a consultative approach that demonstrates how Daxko’s solutions can help them overcome their obstacles and meet their goals.
  • Negotiate and close. Create value and deliver meaningful proposals to clients.
  • Rub some elbows. Interact with C-Levels through prospecting, conferences and onsite presentations.
  • Travel just enough to build a healthy stock of free miles; 35-50% travel.
  • Ring the bell. Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue goals.
  • Own the number. Provide accurate forecasting, hit or exceed activity goals for prospecting, and keep updated SalesForce records around opportunities and pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience in a complex sales process required; software sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to: Listen, Plan, & Take action. Own your business.
  • Understanding of value-based / solution selling
  • Demonstrated proficiency in "account plan" development and implementation of related sales strategies required.
  • Proven ability to canvas and generate self-started opportunities
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Exemplary work ethic: Seeing things through to completion with results.
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Maturity to be independent and still work within a team
