Do you love developing training content and learning experiences? As our Learning Specialist, you’ll utilize your instructional design, graphic design, web development, project management, and communication skills to create and implement content and strategies designed to improve our team members’ and customers’ digital support experience and enhance overall product knowledge. Our products are constantly evolving, and our online educational resources are a fundamental piece of keeping our customers informed on important product changes and news.

This role will be responsible for (1) creating and owning internal and external training content and materials, and (2) creating and owning an efficient and enjoyable digital self-service experience by building, maintaining, and expanding multiple online knowledge databases and providing our customers with top-notch educational resources. As part of the Services Team, you’ll work cross-functionally with multiple teams to support various learning content needs and ensure consistent brand identity and across the business.

• Apply instructional design theories, practices and methodologies
• Utilize Content Authoring Tools and Learning Management Systems to build and revise internal and external training content (including self-paced courses, and materials
• Utilize screen recording and editing software to produce high-quality, easy-to-follow video tutorials
• Organize and maintain the training content (and revisions) within the LMS and Dropbox
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of multiple online knowledge bases
• Define, optimize, and review website structure, ensuring ease of access and content integrity
• Provide guidance and promote brand standards for team members across different Product Lines
• Ensure that customers are being provided with top-notch self-service options online
• Collaborate across teams to identify needs, create initiatives, and set appropriate project timelines
• Oversee our customer engagement forum activity and provide news and respond when appropriate
• Design artwork and provide supportive imagery for websites, emails, and various Services projects
• Develop creative solutions to promote product adoption, education, and activity

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models (ex. ADDIE)
• Experience with course/content authoring tools and LMS (ex. Articulate)
• At least 2+ years of experience with WordPress management
• Experience with CMS (WordPress, specifically) is a must
• Experience with graphic design and web development
• Experience with writing and proofreading content in a brand voice
• Expert detail-oriented, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• A self-starter, a fast thinker, and a creative problem solver
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
