We are seeking an energized and talented Account Executive to sell our software to new customers and generate interest in our add-on solutions. You’ll work alongside our amazing team who is dedicated to both active lifestyles and to helping small businesses flourish. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform consultative screen share demonstrations to highlight our software and bring on new customers
  • Ability to generate excitement about our solutions with prospective customers to maximize win rates and referrals for cross-sell
  • Hit and exceed productivity metrics including demos presented and outbound activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain and accurately forecast sales pipeline
  • Adopt our consultative sales methodology
  • Become an expert on our technology and our target markets, while always striving to improve your skillset through continuous education
  • Effectively communicate and execute future steps after the sale to new customers.
  • Record all communication from demo to close in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the team to develop better solutions to our processes
  • Easily adapt to changes as the team is ever evolving
  • Lead by example and help mentor newer sales reps

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in software sales, software as a service (SaaS) and/or health and wellness
  • Strong customer relationship management experience including tracking sales leads from first contact through conversion
  • Experience working with web technologies and software as a service (SaaS) models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work in a team environment where the success of the whole is dependent on the success of each individual
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

 

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Passion for fitness or sports: i.e. CrossFit, Personal Training, Athletics, Martial Arts, or Yoga/Pilates
  • Prior experience as a fitness instructor, coach, personal trainer
  • Prior experience using member management software, CRMs, marketing automation software, Excel
  • Experience with the Sandler Sales Methodology
