Product Marketing Manager

  • Full-time

Job Description

In your role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the market expert for buyer and user personas: the business outcomes they are responsible for, the pain points that exist with their current state, how our solutions bridge the gap, and the buying criteria they use to make decisions. You will have a deep understanding of how the evolution of our products affects end-users, why we release what we release, and why customers should care. You will craft the messages that convey the value of our portfolio of solutions, as well as promote the value of specific releases on individual products. You are successful when internal and external stakeholders can articulate the value of our portfolio of solutions, and have a solid grasp on what has recently been released, what’s about to be released, and the vision for our solutions and services. Creativity, passion, persuasion, and ability to translate feature/function into benefit/value are critical.

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Working closely with Product Managers, Marketing Communications, and Sales to develop positioning and messaging by product and portfolio that differentiates our solutions in the market
  • Communicating the value proposition and positioning of our solutions to the Sales and Services teams and readying them to sell and support our products
  • Developing sales enablement tools and proof points to support the selling process for our solutions
  • Supporting cross-functional product core teams to launch new products, support ongoing outbound marketing activities, and demand generation activities
  • Contributing content for product-related blog postings, videos, presentations, etc.

Qualifications

  • Driven to seek out the information necessary to successfully market our portfolio
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information from various resources and distill down to the most essential and compelling points
  • Organized, excellent time manager
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for developing content and presenting
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and prospects
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
