Job Description

As an Engagement Consultant, you’ll primarily be responsible for the implementation of Daxko Engage, our relationship management software solution, and Daxko Mobile, our member-facing application, as well as other customer engagement efforts. Your focus is on creating Exceptional Experiences for customers by effectively communicating project timelines and expectations, while demonstrating engagement best practices such as leveraging communication, marketing, and data expertise to drive systematic engagement through our solutions. Your goal is long-term system adoption and success.

 What your priorities are…

  1. New product implementations
  2. Creating and consulting on engagement marketing initiatives as part of product implementations
  3. Customer engagement marketing

What else you will focus on…

  • Creating an Exceptional Experience for customers by building and maintaining relationships during the implementation process for small-to-midsized customers
  • Developing and managing project implementation plans for Daxko Mobile and Daxko Engage; this includes project scoping, managing timelines, and maintaining documentation regarding the implementation process
  • Learning Daxko Engage and Daxko Mobile functionality
  • Applying and consulting on engagement best practices through our software solutions
  • Learning and supporting the latest and greatest engagement marketing initiatives, tools, and processes
  • Clearly and effectively communicating and managing customer expectations, project risks, and roadblocks
  • Displaying consistent professional demeanor and making positive contributions to the team
  • Supporting the development of implementation methods and process improvements
  • Collaborating with Training, Implementation, Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams
  • Generating engagement-focused thought leadership and content: writing, design, or other media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study - marketing or communications
  • Marketing chops: have an eye for design and a keen writing voice
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
  • Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication needed, including the ability to communicate difficult or complex concepts via telephone, email, or through online training
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-direction while managing & prioritizing multiple projects
  • Must be driven and highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
