Job Description

 

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Daxko, you'll play a pivotal role within our esteemed Digital Marketing Demand and Digital Services team. Your mission? To expertly manage and continually refine our clients' websites and digital campaigns for optimal lead generation. With a spotlight on our VIP tier clientele, you'll craft and execute cutting-edge campaigns. But that's not all - you'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, SEO Specialists, Designers, Developers, and clients to devise winning strategies and ensure timely project delivery. For this role we are looking for someone with expertise specifically in Google ads! Get ready to lead the charge in shaping digital success stories at Daxko!

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., content marketing and growth, SEO, email, PPC, social media) 
  • Experience Split Testing (ads and landing pages) 
  • WordPress experience (including landing page build-out). 
  • Direct customer interaction experience 
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts at one time 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
  • Ability to stay up to date on current industry trends and learn new technical skills
  • Comfortable learning and using complex software programs.
  • Computer and software skills for efficient research, documentation, and information management.  
  • Strong organization and planning skills 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Extreme attention to detail 
  • Ability to effectively work independently, within a team, and with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or three (3+) years of agency experience  
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices   
  • 2 – 4 years of experience managing a large enterprise level ad spend budget across multiple platforms. 
  • 2 – 4 years of experience with SEM tools (Google Analytics & Data Studio). 

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Create and launch digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google 
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to drive conversions and hit business level goals and stay within budget 
  • Measure and analyze digital content effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other platform analytics 
  • Connect marketing platform analytics to business operations software to report on overall ROI for digital marketing campaigns 
  • Employ a testing mindset with the ability to plan, set up, and analyze split testing campaigns 
  • Utilize a combination of best practices and creative problem solving to continually test and improve customer’s website and digital marketing performance 
  • Consistently and effectively communicate with Account Managers to keep customers informed of their website and digital marketing performance metrics, making actionable suggestions based on campaign performance 
  • Collaborate with Daxko Agency and software team members to develop a comprehensive marketing and business strategy to drive customer success. 
  • Mentor, train, and support Daxko Agency Digital Marketing Specialists.
