UI/UX Designer with strong capabilities in the leadership of internal design activities as well as a proven track record of engaging with complex development engagements. the ideal Candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, couples with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A through understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.

User Interface/User Experience Designer, working with Product Management. actively oversee design execution, envision incredible

user experiences, and lead productive, creative sessions amongst internal/external stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions: Develop and maintain core Activu design standards across a broad spectrum of markets, device types and interfaces; Evangelize the value of user-centered design approaches to both internal employees and clients alike; perform sales engineering on the design side; provide stategic approaches; Responsibile for the oversight & execution of strong interaction design & visual design principles across multiple projects; Facilitate dialong around end-user requirements and business requirements; Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary design team for user experience planning & development; Low and High fidelity prototyping, storyboards, user personal development; Provide leadership, feedback and insight to the product and development teams; continue to refine and reinforce UCD methodologies. Perform qualitative and quantitative user research; drive innovative solution within platform constraints & technical limitations; develop interaction models and conceptual frameworks; research interaction design trends; research technology trends; perform other duties as assigned.
