Company Description

As the international Finance lead you will: Manage the international accounting functions, including financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with international accounting standards. Monitor and analyze financial data from multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for international operations, including consolidation of financial results from multiple countries, reconciliation of intercompany transactions, and compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. Stay updated with international financial regulations, including tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and other compliance requirements. Develop and implement internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with international financial regulations. Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management and corporate headquarters, including consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and other financial performance metrics. Process payroll for international employees in compliance with local laws and regulations, including calculating wages, overtime, taxes, and other payroll-related items. Review and validate payroll inputs, troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and related taxes. Stay up-to-date with local tax laws, regulations, and payroll requirements in each country of operation. Prepare and submit required payroll reports, tax filings, and other compliance-related documentation to local authorities. Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, such as social security, pension, and other mandatory payroll deductions. Liaise with payroll and accounting vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and accounting services. Review and validate vendor invoices, contracts, and agreements. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors and escalate as needed. Provide excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders by promptly addressing payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. Assist employees with payroll-related matters, such as tax withholding, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related transactions. Provide support when necessary to the US payroll team Your experience should include: Financial reporting and consolidation, with knowledge of local accounting standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment. International payroll processing, including knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in multiple countries. Strong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and compliance requirements.
