Job Description
The Client Partner plays a key role in driving strategic relationships within assigned accounts. You will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key C/VP-level stakeholders and decision makers. To be successful, one will create trust between DataStax and enterprises to help them achieve their most important business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor to clients
Own the overall satisfaction of clients.
Effectively manage strategic aspects of the client relationship post-sales.
Be a strategic value consultant with 20-30% of billable activities across clients.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to plan and forecast revenue growth.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to optimally deliver business results for the client.
Identify opportunities, building proposals, contract negotiations, and closing contracts.
Manage assigned customers and serve as the first line of contact, post-sales and prior to production.
Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work cross-functionally to build and drive a risk mitigation plan..
Requirements
Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build long-last relationships based on partnership and mutual success.
Bachelor degree and advanced university degree is preferred
10+ years with applicable business, sales, or consulting experience
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex customer relationships in a technology service industry.
Willing to be a hands-on contributor and a proactive team player.
Ambitious and driven, thriving in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
