Job Description
DSI is currently in the process of interviewing entry-level professionals to join our award winning staff in the role of Technical Recruiter at our corporate office here in Raleigh, NC. We currently offer a competitive benefits package. We are looking for someone to:
- Source candidates through various sources (web, employee referrals, internal database, etc.)
- Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to IT industry standards
- Schedule applicant activities and coordinate job offers with managers
- Manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain a pool of candidates through ongoing networking, and using company's database.
- Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent PC skills required
- Must have knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
- 1-3 years of temporary staffing/recruiting experience

- Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills

Education:
Bachelors’ degree strongly preferred, Computer Science major is strongly preferred.
