Job Description

Purpose of the Role

  • We are recruiting for a Data Engineer - Customer Success to join our team and take ownership of ensuring unparalleled customer value delivery.
  • This role will look after our Prescribe customers and monitor Prescribe pipelines to detect and rectify issues before any customer impact occurs.
  • The purpose of this role is to monitor the use of omni (both in terms of data upliftment and in terms of prescription application within the business.

About Prescribe

Prescribe is AI for the manufacturing industry aimed at achieving zero defects in the manufacturing process. Using advanced predictive and prescriptive machine learning capabilities as well as state-of- the-art computer vision, Prescribe is able to predict defects, faults and quality errors and prescribe the ideal process variables to shift processes to higher yields.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of data ingest pipelines
  • Active usage monitoring
  • Act as regular touch point for customer

Key Competencies Required

  • Python
  • Fault finding & problem solving
  • Operations management
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering pipelines, for example, ETL

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Python
  • Recent Graduate in Engineering or Computer Science with 1 - 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience within Industrial sectors would be advantageous
  • Understanding of and experience in lean manufacturing would be advantageous
