Job Description
Support the development and production of various documents including standard operational procedures and detailed work instructions.
Responsible for transforming technical information into clear and concise documentation in support of the IT Operational areas which include Data Center Services, Web Services, Application Services, and IT Services. Support the development and production of various documents including standard operational procedures and detailed work instructions. Work closely with the Deputy CIO to develop comprehensive strategic documentation.

Qualifications
5 years of experience with general technical writing and documentation
