Based in Richmond, VA Data Concepts specializes in offering deliverable-based, project solutions in the application development space specializing in Microsoft, Java, Analytics and Mobile technologies.  

We are currently hiring for the following position:

Entry-level recruiting position. The job involves assisting in the recruitment of new employees for a Richmond-based IT Consulting firm. Duties involve being an integral part of the recruiting and hiring life-cycle which includes searching, identifying, scheduling and coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation, explaining company benefits and policies, sending contracts and offer letters to selected hires and planning their relocation, etc.

The selected person will work under the supervision of the Hiring Manager. Training, mentoring and guidance will be provided. Qualifications include a high energy individual with excellent oral and written communication. Must be able to multi-task and work independently. Must have good organizational skills.
