Job Description

  • Set up core business ops: sales, onboarding, training, account management, customer support
  • Lead early sales and personally onboard first Indonesian users
  • Learn the market fast and turn insights into clear business and product requirements
  • Work closely with the dev team to surface technical blockers to scale ops
  • Open and run sales channels that drive consistent month-over-month user growth
  • Spend 1 month in the Philippines to observe and learn standard operations

Qualifications

  • Currently residing/willing to work in Indonesia
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for endorsement, assessment, and sales cadence
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Ability to handle objections, diverse opinions, and feedback
  • Strong sense of initiative and management on multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to be a team player with a drive for results. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
