Job Description
- Set up core business ops: sales, onboarding, training, account management, customer support
- Lead early sales and personally onboard first Indonesian users
- Learn the market fast and turn insights into clear business and product requirements
- Work closely with the dev team to surface technical blockers to scale ops
- Open and run sales channels that drive consistent month-over-month user growth
- Spend 1 month in the Philippines to observe and learn standard operations
Qualifications
- Currently residing/willing to work in Indonesia
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for endorsement, assessment, and sales cadence
- Extensive product knowledge
- Ability to handle objections, diverse opinions, and feedback
- Strong sense of initiative and management on multiple priorities independently
- Ability to be a team player with a drive for results. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
