We give diagnostic labs the tools to test, register, and manage patients—all on one easy, integrated platform. In particular, we focus on small to medium sized labs in emerging markets like the Philippines.

As an HR intern, you'll have exciting opportunities to handle People Operations and Employer Branding. This means, you'll help in leading:

• Recruitment and Onboarding of new hires
• Research on modern practices of Talent Management / HR
• Build content and reports based on research, and have debrief sessions with the lead.
• In-house (Internal) implementation of new processes & practices
• Build the Dashlabs.ai brand on respective social media platforms by engaging in social media marketing practices
• Cross-collaborate with other team members from different function(s) to extend operations support and work on diverse projects
• Work very closely with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects important for company growth and success

You will learn tools and workflow processes, including more advanced local and international  certified standards.

During the internship, you will get an opportunity to participate in continuous Career Coaching Conversations with our leaders/mentors/career coaches. You will also have access to the Dashlabs.ai alumni network post-internship.

• Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in HR (or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a keen interest in HR/People Operations)
• Graduates who want to build skills in advanced HR

The ideal duration of the internship is 3-6 months.
