Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Event Account Manager to help us grow our enterprise partnerships across the CEE region and beyond. You’ll be driving sales for our premium global HR tech partners, while also expanding our sponsor/partner network for our flagship recruiTECH CEE conference.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong enterprise relationships across the CEE region in the recruitment industry

  • Grow our recruiTECH CEE sponsor and partner and attendies portfolio

  • Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing

  • Collaborate with our events, marketing, and partner success teams

  • Attend international HR tech conferences & events (in-person and online)

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and localization of global products

  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize our sales approach

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or in recruitment (ideally in tech, HR/TA tech)

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • You love to connect new people

  • Are comfortable selling to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders

  • You want to become a Linkedin super expert 

  • Have strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach

  • Speak and write English fluently (Hungarian or other CEE region language is a plus, not a must)

  • Are confident working independently, yet enjoy collaborating in a tight-knit team

  • Are tech-savvy – you enjoy using digital tools and exploring new ones

  • Want to build lasting partnerships, not just hit numbers

  • You are a marathon runner type of worker

  • Are based in Hungary and open to hybrid work (weekly office days in Budapest)

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have experience with international HR tech (e.g. ATS, referral tools, etc.)

  • Previously sold event sponsorships or media partnerships

  • You have experience with delegate sales 

  • Previously had working experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment

  • Understand the CEE talent/recruitment landscape
