Job Description

We opened our national sales center in the San Francisco East Bay and need to expand our sales team. We are looking for proven sales professionals who can manage and convert a high level of inbound mortgage refinance and purchase leads from sites like LendingTree and Zillow in addition to other inbound lead sources.

Qualifications

• Leverage our lead management technology to engage in-bound refinance and purchase lead opportunities
• Consult with borrowers to determine their needs, identify best financing options and pre-qualify as required
• Support customers through entire loan process and maintain daily pipeline disciplines
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of our various loan programs
• Leverage internal marketing resources and social media tools to target prospects and foster ongoing relationship with closed customers
Requirements
• Desire to be in a start-up environment
• Ability to learn and cross sell new products outside mortgages
• Minimum 3-years of successfully originating loans
• Minimum 5-years mortgage experience
• High comfort level with social media tools and online technologies
• Must be willing to become SAFE Act compliant and NMLS licensed

Compensation
• Salary plus monthly and quarterly volume incentives, $100,000 to $200,000 Annually
