Finfra is a rapidly growing Embedded Lending as a Service company, providing a one-stop shop for businesses seeking to launch lending services in Indonesia. Our cutting-edge platform integrates seamlessly with our client’s systems to streamline their lending operations.

• Own regulatory reporting by ensuring all periodic and ad-hoc OJK and other regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

• Maintain a strong compliance framework by reviewing and updating compliance policies, SOPs, and governance documents in line with applicable regulations.

• Keep compliance records organized and reliable, ensuring regulatory documentation is complete, accurate, up to date, and easily accessible when needed.

• Monitor regulatory developments and translate relevant changes into clear business actions for the appropriate teams.

• Support AML/CFT and anti-fraud compliance, including relevant reporting, monitoring, documentation, and implementation of required controls.

• Provide day-to-day legal and compliance support, including legal drafting, document review, and advice to internal stakeholders.

• Support a strong compliance culture by identifying potential compliance gaps, coordinating corrective actions, and helping teams understand and implement regulatory requirements.

• A Law graduate with 1–2 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services industry such as fintech, banking, multifinance, or insurance.

• Hands-on experience with OJK regulatory reporting and a good understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with AML/CFT compliance and reporting.

• Experience in monitoring regulations, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical and organizational skills, especially when working with regulatory requirements and documentation.

• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
