• 7–10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven background in fintech or technology-driven financial services.

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional product teams and complex product lifecycles.
