• Assist in executing day-to-day operational processes related to product disbursements, configuration, and internal support.

• Help manage and maintain product configurations and settings across various systems and tools.

• Upload, review, and validate operational and financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor key product workflows and flag anomalies or potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Support internal teams by responding to partner-related product inquiries and ensuring clear documentation of requests.

• Contribute to process improvements and documentation to increase operational efficiency.

• Background in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (final-year students are welcome).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
