·         Expert command of HTML 5, CSS, Java script

·         Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and how it consumes front end code

·         Understanding of Data Tag Management strategies and planning (bonus if they know Adobe DTM)

·         Be able to plan and lead an offshore team of developers and coordinate with other Adobe and Hybris teams

·         Excellent client facing skills
