Job Description:

Required Skills:

·         SPC4 certified  

·         SAFe experienced (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise)

·         SAFe Agilest

·         Scaled Agile

·         SCRUM Master Certification.

Technical Skills:

·         Coach teams on effective execution of Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.

·         Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: Creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis.

·         Coach teams on how decompose high level requirements (BGOs) into User Stories using techniques such as User Story Mapping.

·         Influence: Scrum Teams and Product Owners. Fundamentals: Scrum, Project Inception, Meeting Facilitation, Lean and Kanban.

·         Perform daily updates to business and IT leaders on team progress.

·         Manage daily project deliverables and update rally/project plans.

·         Coordinate with 3rd party teams on system needs, requirements, issue resolution and expedite solution implementation.

Roles & Responsibility:

·         Facilitates the daily scrums

·         Ensures that the team adheres to its chosen process and removes blocking issues.

·         Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive.

·         Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions

·         Removes barrier

·         Shields the team from external interferences

·         Participates in Scrum of Scrums for large Programs.
