Role Name                 : Software Engineer Lead - Enterprise Platform Engineer 
Location                     : Wilmington, OHIO.

Duration                    :Long Term.

This position requires: 
• Experience in “bridging the divide” between our software products and the infrastructure that runs it. 
• Plan and implement the Infrastructure Architecture, including both short and long term strategies for retiring certain legacy systems, systems integration and new system implementations. 
• Act as the subject matter expert and trusted partner and maintain the infrastructure architecture strategies, standards, target architectures and roadmaps 
• Ensure a smooth implementation of new technologies into the computer system infrastructure. 
• Perform ongoing capacity planning for critical infrastructure 
• Create Visio documentation for all networks and systems 
• Perform preliminary cost analysis on new infrastructure. 
• Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects. 
• Stay abreast of industry standards, trends, challenges and technologies 
• A four year degree or equivalent experience
