At Dalstrong we’re hiring for an all-star Amazon Listing Specialist to join our remote team! Whether you’re a hobbyist or a pro, our aim is to enhance the experience of our clients’ culinary creations.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours and you will be reporting to the Director of Global Listings. If you’re a detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated Amazon Listing Specialist, we’d love to hear from you!
 

What You’ll Do!

• You will upload, edit and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.

• You will do daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violation or account health warnings

• You will complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords and other product details.

• You will maintain and update and manage Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content as well as create various deals within each Amazon marketplace.

• You will assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products and generating reviews that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service.

• You will perform thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research in order to maximize Dalstrong’s visibility within each marketplace.

• You will remain up to date with Amazon’s best practices, new trends and platform updates

• You will manage and maintain the Amazon Vendor Central account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.

• You will manage and maintain the shopify account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.

• You will manage and maintain the Walmart account listing including but not limited to, regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization and listing enhancements.

• You will work on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed including, but not limited to, such as solving issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Support.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Fully fluent in English.

• Experienced with Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms

• Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible.

• Extremely organized and able to multi-task (you will be managing over 200 listings in more than 10 platforms)

• Fast learner, assertive and has a lot of common sense when given instructions

• Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis.

• Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively

• Capacity to work additional hours if needed
