Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Contract or Full-Time Opportunity

NW Oklahoma City, OK

Are you looking for an opportunity where you can truly make an impact—not just with your patients, but by helping build a growing pediatric therapy program?

Our client is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their expanding multidisciplinary team serving children and families throughout the Northwest Oklahoma City area. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), educators, and families to provide coordinated, child-centered care.

A Flexible Opportunity Designed Around Growth

We understand that every clinician's situation is different, so we offer multiple ways to get started:

  • Begin as a part-time or contract SLP while building your caseload, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
  • Or, if you prefer, we'll work to establish your caseload before your start date so you can begin as a full-time employee.

We're committed to finding an arrangement that works well for both you and our growing practice.

More Than an ABA Clinic

While our client is an established ABA provider, this opportunity offers much more.

Located within the same facility is a new Academy for neurodiverse children, where you'll provide both individual therapy and approximately three hours of weekly group sessions. This allows you to work with a broader pediatric population—not solely children with Autism Spectrum Disorder—and provides a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

To help you focus on what you do best, our dedicated administrative and billing team handles scheduling, insurance, and billing support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations independently
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals
  • Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, RBTs, families, educators, and other professionals
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), when applicable
  • Assist in developing procedures and best practices for the growing speech department
  • Partner with the Academy to support students through both group and individual services

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance
  • A collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment
  • Supportive leadership committed to clinician success
  • The opportunity to help build and shape a growing speech therapy program
  • Meaningful work that makes a lasting difference for children and families

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Oklahoma SLP License (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Ability to independently complete evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience supervising SLPAs is preferred, or willingness to do so

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and negotiable, based on experience and whether you choose a contract or salaried position.

If you're looking for a practice where your clinical expertise is respected, your ideas are welcomed, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing pediatric therapy program, we'd love to speak with you.
