Compensation & Bonuses

• BCBA Level I (0–1 yrs): $75k base | up to $90.5k + $2.5k sign-on
• BCBA Level II (1–3 yrs): $85k base | up to $103k + $5k sign-on
• BCBA Level III (4+ yrs): $95k base | up to $113k + $5k sign-on
• Leadership advancement available at Level III
