📍 Houston Area | Multiple Locations
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate BCBAs to join our growing team in the following areas:
📌 Clinic / Center-Based BCBA Positions
- Bellaire
- Memorial
- Sugar Land
- Missouri City
- Spring (40% remote)
- Pearland (40% remote)
- Shenandoah (40% remote)
🏡 In-Home BCBA Position
- Houston, TX (In-Home Services)
Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for clinical oversight, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Active or eligible Texas licensure
- Experience in clinic-based and/or in-home ABA services
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and ethically
