Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 + Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing clinic. In this role, you will design, oversee, and supervise individualized ABA treatment programs while working closely with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team. This is a full-time, in-clinic position offering significant autonomy alongside a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas (LBA)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CentralReach or similar practice management software preferred
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, and client-centered ABA practice
