Position Summary

The ABA Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the full revenue cycle for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, from authorization and credentialing through claims submission, payment posting, and denial resolution. This role ensures timely, accurate reimbursement and compliance with payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ABA billing (97151, 97153, 97155, 97156)

• Submit and follow up on claims

• Post payments and resolve denials

• Track authorizations and utilization

• Support re-authorizations and medical necessity documentation Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TRICARE, and commercial payers

• Generate A/R, denial, and utilization reports

• Identify revenue leakage and corrective actions Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA billing/RCM experience

• Knowledge of ABA CPT codes

• Experience with payer portals and ABA software CentralReach Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state ABA experience

• TRICARE authorization knowledge

• Billing certification preferred
