We are actively seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri City, TX to join our growing team. Here, you’ll be a valued professional, not just a number.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Certification:

  • Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ employees
  • Availability Monday – Friday
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for working with children
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Functional Assessments, Functional Analysis)
  • Develop and update behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Oversee data collection and modify treatments based on progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and insurance reports
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing feedback and modeling best practices
  • Collaborate with ABA team members and other therapy providers (speech, OT, PT)
  • Provide parent training for treatment consistency at home
  • Offer supervision for BCBA candidates per BACB guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and BACB regulations, including HIPAA policies
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times
  • Participate in team meetings and companywide training sessions
