DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Clinical Development Director, the Clinical Director manages a reduced caseload and supervises clinical staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing direct ABA therapy as needed
  • Supervising and training Behavior Technicians & BCBA Interns
  • Conducting parent training and education
  • Managing clinical schedules and optimizing client outcomes
  • Leading and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborating with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth center functioning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current BCBA certification & LBA license
  • Master’s in ABA, Special Education, or related field
  • 2+ years as a BCBA, 1+ year in early intervention
  • 2+ years supervisory/management experience
  • CPR/AED or BLS certification (AHA-accredited, in-person demo required)
