Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' behavioral needs and challenges.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to support the development of effective treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care.
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required: Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in special education, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation.
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and patient assessment techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.
