What does a day look like for you here? 

Working on hybrid basis from our Manchester office, you will embark on a transformative 3-month placement to gain practical experience and hands-on training in the field of Learning Design.

You’ll be joining a friendly, outstanding L&D team which consists of L&D Partners and a dedicated leadership team.  A typical day for you will involve teaming up with instructional designers and subject matter experts to figure out what people need to learn and how to make it interesting. You'll help create interactive e-learning courses, modules, and materials using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

Keeping up to date with e-learning design and technology is essential, so you'll be exploring new trends and tools to maintain freshness. Collaborating with fellow creatives, such as multimedia experts and graphic designers, ensures a polished outcome.

So, what are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have a degree in Cyber Security (or related field) or be scheduled to graduate soon.  This role welcomes applicants with or without prior experience, as the program is tailored to offer hands-on learning opportunities for recent graduates stepping into their first professional position.

You should also have:
