Location; Hybrid working - Nelson & Home based

Salary: £20,000

At Daisy our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for providing high-level end-to-end customer service to our customer base through verbal, written and online communication channels.

In this role you will

  • Create excellent relationships between yourself and your customer base which will allow for effective communication and support departmental objectives.
  • Be measured against both individual and team based KPI’s with emphasis being placed on ensuring communication is handled in a timely and appropriate manner and there is focused delivery and ownership for incident management and request fulfillment.
  • Take responsible for working closely with internal teams and departments to deliver upon wider business and service level objective.

Qualifications

  • Looking for the next step in your career in Customer Service
  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of good customer service
  • Desire to learn new skills and take ownership of issues and resolutions
  • Good understanding of systems including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and web browsers.
