As part of its services portfolio, Daisy Corporate Services provides Third Line Support, specifically to one of it's customers. This role will oversee the professional resolution of incidents, responding to complex Service Requests that relate to the core Project or undertaking scheduled pro-active project management.

As this role will be an on-site representative of the IT service function, effective communication with Daisy, its customer's IT colleagues and the customer's IT users is vital in maintaining a high customer service perception.

Job Description

  • Location: Customer Site, Burghfield. 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to, and accept, any reasonable request from the customer's Project Director that is within your skillset.
  • Managing perceptions to ensure that they are accurate in the customer's user community
  • Ensure that any errors or accuracy's noted within documented process or work instructions related to the service are raised within the Daisy Customer Service Account Managers and the Project Manager, updated and re-issued.
  • Ensure that a professional, courteous and proactive service is delivered to the customer at all times
  • Ensure that all communications activity is delivered to a continual high stadnard
  • Accept additional responsibilities as specifically requested by the Service Desk Supervisor
  • Ensure effective call closure with the user at point of resolution
  • Maintain up to date records for IT Asset site permits & IT asset records. 
  • Ensure all site hardware is kept up to date with software updates and patches
  • Provide support for corporate Wi-Fi integration to site offices, patching where required to wired locations
  • Manage and maintain access to user share-point sites and folders

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Server 2012/2016 both on-premise and hosted in Azure
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Mimecast Administration
  • Experience of backup technologies including Veritas Netbackup and Microsoft Azure Backup
  • Anti-Virus Trend (cloud, server and endpoint)
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop and associated Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus
