Our Learning & Development Trainer will support their aligned departments with their L&D needs from start to finish. You will be expected to review the details from the Training Requisition and either select the appropriate session from within the Daisy University catalogue or create and engaging face to face training session or a digital training session on our LMS.

You will be expected to deliver training face to face in various locations along with creating and delivering online training.

• Location: Nelson (with UK Wide travel)
• Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE plus Car / Car Allowance

Your Responsibilities:

• Build key stakeholder relations within the assigned departments
• Design and implementation of training sessions both face to face and online
• Co-ordinate the administration of arranging training
• Ensure the LMS system is kept up to date
• Evaluate training and make amendments based on feedback
• Comply to all business policy and procedures. 

• Experience in face to face delivery of training
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders in the business
• Effective relationship builder at all levels of the business. 
• A forward, can-do attitude
