You will oversee the lead to cash process for Ethernet, Broadband, Voice and Mobile products as well as providing advice, training and escalation support to the provisioning department. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support and service to our internal and external customers
• Assist in the training of products to the team
• Liaise with partners and suppliers to resolve issues whilst providing regular and proactive updates.
• Building strong working relationships with our internal suppliers and feeding back to the department on any changes/issues
• Investigating the root cause of recurrent provisioning issues
• Co-ordinate jobs and arrange engineer visits as required
• Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales

• Experience related to Mobile, Voice or Data is essential
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi task and problem solve
• The ability to successfully lead a team
• Ability to work under pressure
