Company Description

Our Desk Based Sales Support Team provide a single point of communication and ownership to Customers and Account Managers. You will drive resolution across service issues and sales activities whilst providing a first class customer service as well as identifying and offering service improvement and the identification of revenue opportunities within the DCS customer base.

Job Description

  • Job Title: Desk Based Sales Support
  • Location: Nelson
  • Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide a point of contact for Customers via Inbound Calls, Emails and Chat
  • Provide customer / service reporting as required
  • Implement, own and drive Service Improvement Plans
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and monitor Customer Satisfaction
  • Provide an Out of Office Service in nominated account management
  • General sales administration including CRM Maintenance, Validation Management, Order Processing Tools and Expediting.
  • Provide administration support in relation to creating quotes across all Daisy Solutions
  • Assist in the production of order forms and work with the appropriate delivery entities to deliver solution "on time, in full"
  • Take an active role in the resolution of Invoice Queries and Credit Control disputes
  • Schedule meetings wither at the request of the customer or the account manager/director
  • Support and maintain the client's profile on Salesforce including raising opportunities and adding/amending Purchase Orders. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills are essential
  • Experience working towards and meeting KPIs is essential
  •  Sales Experience including account management or telesales 
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Experience identifying opportunities to cross / up sell to exisiting customers
  • Pleasant and professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to take full ownership and drive internal teams to resolution of tasks
  • Self motivated, confident and mature approach
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise workload to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Strong interest in IT and Solutions
