Job Title: Facilities Helpdesk Administrator
Role: Permanent, Full Time 
Location: Birstall
Salary: Up to £18,500 DOE

To provide administrative support to the Facilities Helpdesk, the Facilities Helpdesk Manager, Regional Facilities Managers and the Regional M+E Managers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Organise and implement PPM (pre-planned maintenance) schedules
  • Deal with reactive facilities calls/emails
  • Manage and monitor the Facilities Inbox
  • Raise and book in PO’s
  • Collate and file maintenance reports and quotes
  • Answer the telephone
  • Liaise with contractors and site contacts to resolve facilities based issues
