Job Description
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DoE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 (37.5)
Location: Hybrid working / Any of our Daisy Offices
Qualifications
- Lead complex multi-channel and multi-format content projects from scoping to delivery and measurement, advocating for audience needs and balancing them with business objectives.
- Lead our content writers and digital agents, plan and manage our resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage our content calendar to ensure a consistent drumbeat of output.
- Own and lead on SEO optimised content for our websites, a robust social media (paid and organic) strategy, informing content for highly targeted email campaigns and overseeing all content delivered throughout the buyer/customer journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure the impact of our work, and continuously improve its effectiveness, both internally within the content team, and in collaboration with others on cross-functional projects.
- Stay at the forefront of content innovation, advocating for experimenting with new formats and technologies that resonate with our audience and/or drive the effectiveness of the content team (AI, AR etc)
- Scale our content production capacity and quality, sourcing and managing relationships with agencies, as appropriate.
- Exhausting partner portals/resources and develop strong working relationships with vendor marketing teams to acquire the best support for our resource requirements.
- Ensuring our websites and digital channels are kept up to date to safeguard the business and accurately represent our products/portfolio as we grow and evolve.
- The successful candidate will be a passionate and influential team leader with who is self-motivated with the ability to successfully run a team whilst taking ownership of projects, handling multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.
- Pro-actively comply with Data Protection and other regulatory requirements and guidance.
- Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
- Periodically review Daisy Security Policies – centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
- Carrying out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required by your manager/a director.
- To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.
