    Job Description

    Overview:

    Dairy.com is looking for a Director of Marketing who can help increase bookings and revenue across multiple products and services.  The Marketing Director will work cross-functionally to develop the overall marketing strategy and oversee implementation of plans, programs and policies related to the organization’s marketing functions. The Marketing Director develops and enforces corporate branding, lead generation, market awareness and sales enablement programs to optimize the marketing of organizational products and or services. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who is skilled in executing in the trenches as well as leading.  You must be proactive, innovative, and passionate about our value proposition.  Being analytical and data-driven is a must, you will leverage CRM and other Marketing platforms to provide transparency and quantitative analysis on results. In addition, the candidate is an inquisitive, adaptable, full-funnel content marketer with a passion for writing and a track-record of storytelling. S/he is excited about building and scaling a content marketing engine from the ground up and thrives in a dynamic environment.

    Job Duties:  

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc. that include PR, AR, email, social, advertising, and/or events
    • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, build pipeline, and create awareness of the company’s products and services
    • Developing content that generates awareness and attracts prospective customers, including blog posts, whitepapers/ebooks, case studies, and thought leadership pieces for industry publications.  Promote content through social media and other channels
    • Drafting and supporting persona-based messaging in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, and company announcements
    • Develop industry metrics (KPI’s, CRO, SEO), forecasts and reporting to monitor performance.
    • Recruit and manage third-party vendors of specialized services, including web design, copywriting, and graphic design
    • Work with Executive team on Branding strategy efforts and increasing company visibility
    • Manage Marketing budget and allocate resources across all marketing avenues; Participate in meetings, conferences, and trade shows as appropriate, and prepare collateral, coordinate speaking engagements, sponsorships, and client meetings during events.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
    • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B software company as Sr. Manager or Director position
    • 3+ years of experience specializing in content marketing and/or communications
    • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, and well-versed in using social media strategies to attract customers/prospects
    • Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
    • Experience with CRM and other Marketing tools

    Some travel will be required
