Job Description

To support the development of our advertising network, we are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the portfolio of independent agencies and local advertisers. 

Reporting to the Team Lead, your tasks will be as follows: 

- Organize and develop sales activity on a portfolio of customers in line with the quantitative and qualitative targets set by your manager. 

- Develop and retain existing customers to maximize sales in line with objectives; 

- Achieve business objectives (number of appointments); 

- Identify and respond to customer needs in collaboration with the field marketing team; 

- Define an annual action plan: marketing the advertising network's advertising solutions to the portfolio according to customer needs and in coordination with the various expert departments (Operations, Partnerships, Network Marketing and Content team); 

- Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction and implement any necessary improvements; 

- Anticipate and settle any customer disputes. 

- Ensure reporting (activity report, action plan, information sharing). 

- Monitor market and competition. 

Qualifications

- You have a first similar experience in the online media world.

- You have excellent interpersonal skills, are tenacious and rigorous, and are known for your commercial temperament. You know how to deal with different levels of agency and advertiser contacts. 

- You've already worked in an advertising network, with responsibility for an agency portfolio. 

- You're keen to get involved in a challenging environment that will enable you to develop your potential.
