Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a player/coach role.  You will be mentoring, managing and building the SDR team, while supporting wider company initiatives and supporting the NA Head of Sales.
  • Create and develop cadences, both strategic and tactical. Creating email templates, call flows, and messages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure best outcome
  • Work with NA Head of Sales to establish and implement best practices to grow AE meeting volume
  • Track, measure, and report on prospecting data to make effective decisions

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in SDR and/or Sales
  • 1+ years experience in managing a team
  • Experience in the media/advertising industry
  • Proven success with an AE or SDR team
  • Experience with SDR platforms such as Outreach and Salesforce
  • Hybrid work environment with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week

Base salary 90K
