You'll join Dailymotion during a key period of growth and development, with multiple key projects being launched from the ground-up to achieve very ambitious goals.  We are a very young and growing team with many processes to develop and improve, which gives you the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, understand marketing processes from the inside, develop an understanding of your career development.  

You'll also be capable of developing some key hard skills, including: 

• Designing and execution of digital marketing campaigns

Your main responsibilities under this position will be: 

•  Help build and implement a social media plan and an associated content calendar 

• Monitor and engage with our social media community 

• Monitor and track performance of DM social media accounts  

• Develop and implement creative formats to boost engagement on social media 

• Perform market analysis and research on the competition 

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, prepare reports

• Create marketing materials (newsletters, one-pagers…) for external and internal purposes 

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks 

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE:

• Ongoing or obtained Master’s degree in Marketing 

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive 

• Solid understanding of different marketing instruments 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices 

• Knowledge and great motivation for the Digital / Technology / AdTech / MarTech industries 

• Previous experience in digital marketing (internship or other projects) is a big plus 

• Fluent English and French (written and oral)
