Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our Supply Side Platform (SSP). You will use your deep understanding and knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem to inform requirements gathering, definition, and delivery of innovative industry-leading products and features. This Product Manager will work closely with our Core, Ad Server, and Integration teams to help us lead the vision, roadmap and agile execution for an advanced programmatic platform for publishers across devices (desktop, and mobile) and formats (display, video, and native). As a Product Manager - Ad Platform (Inventory Management - Supply Side Platform) at Dailymotion, you will:

  • Shape vision, strategy, and the product roadmap, in support of our mission in relation to the core auction logic and DSP integrations
  • Drive execution through all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
  • Evangelize your products with company leaders and global stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the global engineering team to innovate, prioritize, and bring to market products supporting the ad platform technology stack
  • Turn strategy into reality by documenting product requirements 
  • Define, debate, iterate and communicate your product roadmap with engineering, marketing, and the executive leadership team 
  • Lead scrum team (PM, UX, Design, Engineering) 
  • Collaborate very closely with our Core Exchange and Integration Engineers to develop and implement new ideas and strategies for future and existing DSP integrations 
  • Work with UI/UX to research user behavior to develop the next big idea 


  • 5+ years in-depth knowledge Product Management experience specifically within the Ad-Tech industry
  • Prior experience working with DSP’s, SSP’s and Exchanges
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching products
  • Experience working with other cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and user research
  • Domain experience in Ad-Serving applications and platform services to support an ecosystem of products
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • ​​​​​​Skills Required:  Open RTB, VAST, VPAID, API, and SQL

Bonus Points:

  • Basic developmental language experience (i.e.- HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby)
  • Experience with JIRA
