Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, energetic and talented individual to join a truly global and fast-paced international team. The team is very lean and the position has great exposure to top senior management of the organization.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Review monthly financials and prepare docs for earnings calls
  • Support due diligence/ valuation modelling work / post- Acqs financial analysis
  • Work with confidential and commercially sensitive data
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business with significant exposure to senior leaders
  • Regularly interact with M&A and business development teams across all geographies, act as challenge/sounding board and support them where necessary
  • Prepare monthly M&A pipeline reports including financial forecasts by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data on the international M&A pipeline
  • Support country teams and the international strategy team in developing business cases
  • Create long term forecasts in collaboration with the international FP&A and country teams
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support the international senior finance manager as needed
  • Drive regular deal performance reviews and compare model to actual performance
  • Support FP&A management with special projects

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience working as an FP&A/ M&A/ Corporate Finance/ Transactions/ Valuations Senior analyst/ associate or in a similar role is required. Out of which at least 1 – 2 years in a multi-national corporate/ big finance division/ reputable audit firm experience is a must. M&A experience is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Strong Excel/ PowerPoint & modelling skills
  • ACCA/ CIMA will be preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant IT skills & Accounting systems such as Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools or similar is preferred.
