Job Description

Role, Responsibilities and Accountabilities.

We are looking for an experienced People Services (Human Resources) Manager to oversee and manage HR operations for locations spanning EMEA, APAC and LATAM.  This role will work closely with the business and leadership to drive business results through effective management of human capital across the business and around the world.  This role reports to the Chief People Officer of DaVita International and will be based in London. International travel may be required.

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position, however, these are not exhaustive.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support local in-country leaders on HR operations in various countries throughout the organization, partnering with local HR teams and acting as a true business partner to the country GMs.
  • Actively participate in development of the overall hr strategy and the HR strategic plan – supporting the leaders to rollout and execution of various programs and initiatives throughout the countries.
  • Manage initiatives and processes across all HR core functions; including direct oversight of global mobility, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll support, benefits and general HR administration.
  • Manage end of year talent management and compensation cycle.
  • Develop and manage programs to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain employee relations protocols to ensure sound judgement and legal compliance while managing risk effectively.
  • Execute ad-hoc HR related projects/ programmes.
  • Will work as a member of a team and have indirect influence on local, in-country HR operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Certification Requirements

Following are the qualifications and certifications associated for this job position. Some are required and others are preferred.

  • Exceptional experience in managing a Human Resource operations function
  • International experience and experience interacting with people around the world is required
  • Consulting background is highly valued
  • Understanding of laws and government regulations relating to countries/regions around the world would be a beneficial
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field required, MSc/MA highly valued
  • 5+ years’ HR experience
  • 2+ years’ experience managing people
