DVS is a full-service Marketing & Advertising Agency, with a strong focus on Strategic Design + Innovation and a specialization in small & medium size businesses.

We are in search of an account manager to be our liaison on select agency accounts. 

In this role, you will oversee the agency-client relationship, determine clients’ needs—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term—and ensuring that we deliver!

You will be accountable to foster client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams to prepare presentations and sales pitches; design marketing strategies and media proposals; handle client communications and write client reports, and communicate client agendas to other staff members. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, spending, and revenue, and explain cost factors to clients.

If you are the right applicant, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to finesse delicate client relationships all while driving our team to produce its best results. Critical to your success will be an understanding of:

• The client’s business model
• The marketplace and factors affecting sales
• Marketing & Advertising techniques from traditional to digital

You must innately know when to push and when to let things simmer, by possessing a strong but non-aggressive leadership style.

Along with all of that, you must also balance the needs of the client against the agency’s bottom line, while being driven by a complex timeline of tasks. In order to be successful, you must be extremely organized, particularly since you will have several clients to manage simultaneously. Have we scared you off yet?

Requirements

• 2+ Years Agency or related Experience
• College Degree in Related Program

• Classification: Full-time
• Compensation: $40,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)
